Terrible Neighbors This is my first attempt at intel so please bear with me. My neighbor won't stop parking their car extremely close to my driveway. I didn't say anything for a while, but it was starting to get difficult to get in and out of my driveway. So I went and talked to the neighbor about this. They said "They would be more careful." Well after a couple of days the car was beginning to get parked close again. So next I called the police to figure out what the law was for distance to park from a private driveway. They informed me it was 5 feet. Just for a little bit more info I live in a cul-da-sac so there isn't enough room between my neighbors drive and mine to allow 5 feet. So they would have to find another place to park. So powered with my new information I went and talked to the neighbor again. I was nice once again and just informed them of the 5ft law and said I didn't need the 5ft, but to try and leave me some extra room. Well once again this lasted about a week. Well next to make a point I started to pile my snow in the spot next to my drive to prevent them from even having the option to park there. Well they can't take a hint and actually shoveled the snow to park there again. So with one last talk (This time not so nice) I asked them not to park there again or I would call and get it towed. Well I think they thought I was bluffing and parked there again. So I called and got their car towed. Well needless to say they were pissed. However, they haven't parked their car there again since. Now the relationship with them hasn't been extremely neighborly since, but I'll live. So I guess the moral of the story is give them one chance and after that hit them in the pocket and things will get done.
